Policies
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. So that I may better serve my clients and maintain a professional and mutually respectful practice, please be aware of the following:
Cancellation Policy Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. The full session price will be charged for any last minute cancellations or missed/no-show appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving up to 15 minutes late, you will not be able to receive treatment for the full hour. You will still be able to receive the remaining amount of scheduled time and will still be charged for the full session.
Over 15 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will still be charged for the full session.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full session price for their “missed” appointment.
These policies are implemented to efficiently manage our business and provide optimal and timely service to all clients.
